How it works
01
Create
Organizers set up items, photos, and close times in minutes — no app for guests to install.
02
Bid
Guests scan a QR code, verify by text, and bid live from any phone. Outbid alerts keep the room buzzing.
03
Collect
Invoices build themselves as items close. Checkout by card or at the cashier table — every dollar accounted for.
Loved by organizers
“Our gala raised 40% more than last year and nobody stood in a checkout line. The bidding felt like a game the whole room was playing.”
“We swapped paper bid sheets for Rally Bid on a Friday and ran the auction that Saturday. Guests in their seventies were bidding within a minute.”
“The final-minute timer extensions paid for the platform by themselves — our top item closed at double its fair-market value.”
